For a stay of up to 90 days is no persmission required. However, this notification enables the district office Hof to contact the person in need of support and is a prerequisite for a stay longer than 90 days, if a return is not possible until then.

Please fill out this form in Latin script. If Cyrillic spelling is required, you will be informed.

You can also use this form to register other people, for example other persons or family members who have fled with you.

The foreign office of district of Hof will call you immediatley for an appointment for registration according to section 24 of the German Residence Act by phonenumber you've given here.

Please bring the following documents to the appointment at the foreign office:

Passports/ Identity cards/ birth certificates in original of all persons
Biometric photo of each person for registration and residence documents
